the current turnaround time for custom illustration orders is 6-8 weeks after we receive your order information.

a custom 8x10” or 11x14” illustration of up to 12 people

select the number of people in your illustration from the drop down. if there is a BABY, please add this item to your cart. if there is a PET, please add this item to your cart.

each order comes with ONE original illustration — if you would like an extra copy made please add “EXTRA PRINT” to your cart! all extra prints are 8x10” — even if your original is 11x14”.

HOW IT WORKS:

after purchasing your order, please email caroline@carolinehainescreative.com with “your name - order number” in the subject line!

be sure to include the following information in your email:

• your name

• a photo (or photos) of what you would like me to match outfit-wise

• description of each person’s hair length, color, part, and style (sometimes it’s hard to tell from the photo!)

• any additional information you would like me to keep in mind when working on your illustration!

your order will not be added to my list until we have received an e-mail from you with your order information. please allow up to 4 days for a response from us confirming we have received your information. once you hear from us, your order will be added to my list and I will reach out via e-mail or text (if you provided your phone number) once I get started on your order. I typically get started within 3-5 weeks of receiving your order information.

all 8x10” orders are created on thick, smooth white paper, packed in a plastic sleeve and shipped in a rigid 9x12” envelope.

all 11x14” orders are created on thick, smooth white paper, packed in a plastic sleeve, rolled up and shipped in a tube.

for 11x14” orders please note that it will arrive rolled. to flatten your illustration, keep it in the protective plastic it arrives in, and set heavy books on the corners on a flat surface.
