This is to purchase the PDF / digital files only for these name tags — you will not receive anything physical in the mail. After you purchase this item, please email hello@carolinehainescreative.com with your guest list. Preferably as a CSV. Once name list is received, please allow up to 2 weeks for us to create your custom name tags. A pdf will then be sent to the email that you used to place your order with the PDF file attached. This item will look exactly how it looks in the photo — same font, first names only, white on black. These name tags are formatted at 1.25x3.5”.

This does not include the menus that are pictured with these tags — just the tags.
