This is to purchase the PDF / digital files only for this seating chart — you will not receive anything physical in the mail. Once you purchase this item, please email a CSV of your guest list or a file of your seating chart to hello@carolinehainescreative.com. Make sure this spreadsheet or file includes names and corresponding table numbers. Once we have your guest list, please allow 2-3 weeks for us to create your custom seating chart files. When we are finished, a pdf will be sent to the email that you used to place your order. This item will look exactly how it looks in the photo — with your names and table numbers. It is four separate panels that are 15x40”.

This set up accommodates up to 200 guests. If you have less than 100 guests, please email hello@carolinehainescreative.com to inquire.
